Terms of Service
By registering for any program under Clay Bootcamp (operated by Binge Meeting LLC, "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Access and Enrollment
Registration is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Participants will receive access to their respective program within 3 business days of registration. Specific inclusions, payment amounts, and schedules are detailed in the individual contract or invoice provided at the time of purchase.
2. Delivery of Services
Programs include educational sessions led by qualified instructors, access to course materials, and support services. Instructor, coach, and mentor availability may vary, and substitute individuals may be used. Specific deliverables are detailed in the individual contract or invoice provided at the time of purchase.
3. Recordings and Content Sharing
Live sessions may be recorded, including video, audio, and screen share content. By participating, you consent to this recording. Recordings may be shared with other community members for learning purposes. If you prefer not to appear on camera or audio, you may disable your camera and microphone, but the session will still be recorded and distributed.
4. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are expected to engage constructively with course material, instructors, and fellow participants, and to follow any posted codes of conduct or participation guidelines.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials provided, including course content, recordings, templates, and workflows, are for personal use only. Participants may not share, reproduce, or distribute them without written permission. Violation may result in immediate termination of access with no refund.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged. This includes, but is not limited to, other participants' personal information shared within the community, business strategies discussed during coaching sessions, and any proprietary tools or workflows provided as part of the program.
7. Testimonials and Marketing
By participating in the program, you grant Clay Bootcamp permission to use your name, likeness, job title, and results (such as career outcomes or project highlights) in marketing materials, including the website, social media, and promotional content. You may revoke this permission at any time by emailing nathan@claybootcamp.com, and we will remove your information within 30 days.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in accordance with the terms specified in your individual contract or purchase agreement. Refund eligibility and conditions are outlined in that agreement. If split payments are offered, they must be paid in full as agreed at the time of purchase.
9. Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the program. This includes, but is not limited to, technical issues, platform outages, changes to third-party tools, or lost access. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in the State of Delaware.
11. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address used at registration. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver services caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, pandemics, or changes to third-party platforms. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative access.
